We’re Hiring | Associate – Company Secretary (CS)
We are looking for a qualified Company Secretary (CS) with 1 year of
experience in Merchant Banking with hands-on IPO experience.
Position: Associate – Company Secretary
Experience: 1 Year
Industry: Merchant Banking
Location: Gurugram
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in IPO-related assignments from pre-IPO preparation to listing
Support IPO documentation and transaction-related activities
Assist in drafting and reviewing DRHP, RHP, prospectus, and other IPO documents
Handle ROC/MCA filings and statutory compliances
Support SEBI, Stock Exchange, and other regulatory compliances
Assist in due diligence and preparation of transaction-related documents
Coordinate with Merchant Bankers, Legal Counsel, Auditors, RTA, and
other stakeholders
Assist in Board Meetings, notices, agendas, minutes, and corporate records
Ensure timely completion of statutory and regulatory compliances
Maintain proper documentation and records for IPO and other corporate
transactions
Requirements:
Qualified Company Secretary (CS)
1 year of relevant experience
Prior Merchant Banking / IPO experience preferred
Knowledge of SEBI, Companies Act, ROC/MCA & Stock Exchange regulations
Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills
