Position: Company Secretary & Legal Associate
Location: PSIXL, 4th Floor, Room No. 408, Atghora More, Chinarpark,
Kolkata – 700136
Experience: 3–4 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Who They're Looking For:
A qualified Company Secretary (ICSI Member) with an LLB degree and 3–4
years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial practice, legal
documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Secretarial Compliance under the Companies Act, 2013 & LLP Act
ROC filings, Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings, Minutes &
Statutory Registers
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and legal agreements
FEMA and corporate regulatory compliance
Managing compliance for Domestic & International Clients
Advising clients on corporate governance and legal matters
Coordinating with regulatory authorities and external legal counsel
Supporting due diligence, business restructuring, and corporate transactions
Maintaining compliance calendars and ensuring timely statutory filings
Desired Skills:
Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI)
LLB (Mandatory)
Strong knowledge of Corporate Laws, FEMA & Commercial Contracts
Excellent drafting and communication skills
Client-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
