About Us
R Dangayach & Co is a Chartered Accountancy firm based in Jaipur,
providing services in Income Tax, GST, Corporate Law, Audit, Virtual
CFO, and Business Advisory. We work closely with high-growth
businesses, startups, NBFCs, trusts, and companies undertaking complex
corporate transactions.
We are currently advising a company on its IPO journey and are looking
to strengthen our corporate compliance team.
Who We Are Looking For
Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with ICSI membership.
- 1-2 years of practical experience in corporate law and ROC compliances.
- Prior exposure to IPO-related work, listing compliances, SEBI
regulations, due diligence, or merchant banker coordination will be
preferred.
Experience in board meetings, shareholder meetings, share capital
changes, ROC filings, and statutory records.
Good drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
Willing to work full-time from our Jaipur office.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to the
complete IPO process while working with experienced professionals on
challenging assignments.
