Hiring: Legal Officer (Contractual) – Ludhiana
We are looking for a Legal Officer to join our team in Ludhiana for a
leading banking institution.
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab
Employment Type: Contractual (Initial tenure of 6 months, extendable
by another 6 months based on performance and business requirements)
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and vetting Title Scrutiny Reports (TSRs)
Conducting title due diligence for properties across Punjab
Examining title documents and identifying legal risks
Coordinating with internal stakeholders for legal documentation and compliance
Preferred Candidate:
Law graduate (LL.B.)
Experience in property title verification and mortgage-related legal work
Sound knowledge of land and property laws applicable in Punjab
Strong drafting and analytical skills
