We're looking for an experienced Capital Markets professional to join our team, handling high-impact Merchant Banking transactions and regulatory liaison work.
💰 𝗖𝗧𝗖: ₹18 LPA – ₹22 LPA
📍 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Delhi/NCR
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼:
✔️ Lead Merchant Banking activities — Public Issue, Rights Issue, Buy Backs, Delisting, Preferential Allotments, AIF Registrations
✔️ Handle Listing Regulations queries with practical, hands-on experience
✔️ Liaise directly with SEBI, BSE, and NSE on regulatory matters
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
✔️ Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with 6–7 years of relevant experience in Merchant Banking, Consulting, or a Listed Company
✔️ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex transactions
✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder, client, and regulator engagement
✔️ Solid understanding of capital markets, regulations, and compliance requirements
