RDB Group (a Listed Company) is looking for a Company Secretary (CS) Management Trainee to join our team.Preferred Profile:
✔ Candidates with prior working exposure (preferably transfer cases)
✔ At least 1 year of training period remaining
What we’re looking for:
Strong understanding of corporate laws, SEBI regulations & compliance
Willingness to learn and take ownership
Good communication and drafting skills
Location: Kolkata
