About the Role
Magellanic Cloud Ltd is seeking a dynamic and motivated qualified Company Secretary with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working in a listed company environment and should be available to join immediately. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and FEMA guidelines, supporting the smooth functioning of the Board and various committees.
