Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary based in Mumbai, India. The role will involve maintaining company records, coordination, and supporting senior management with administrative tasks.
Qualifications
Strong skills in document management and record-keeping.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support board members and liaise with stakeholders.
Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality and working with sensitive information.
Experience in the entertainment or media industry is a plus but not required.
