JKB Legal, a corporate, commercial, real estate & banking law firm based out of Mumbai, has a vacancy for Associates for its Litigation practice. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of PQE.
Qualification:
LL.B. from reputed university;
The candidate should have working experience in a reputed law firm and must have good communication and negotiation skills;
Practice Profile for the Associate:
1. Preparation of opinion;
2. Drafting and review of notices, application / petition, appeals etc. to be filed with various i.e. DRT / DRAT, High Court and District Courts;
3. Preparation of reply to legal notices and drafting of reply and rejoinders.
4. Appearance before the HIGH COURT / NCLT / NCLAT / DRT / DRAT, various FORAS, TRIBUNALS and DISTRICT COURT from time to time.
Other Criterias:
- We would be considering only those candidates based in Mumbai.
- Immediate joining.
- Candidates selected would be hired on a three - month probation basis before being confirmed. Basic remuneration would be offered during the probation period. [This is a non-negotiable criterion, to enable us to understand your working as well as for the candidate to gauge the office environment].
- Must be proficient in the English language.
- Willing to take Full Responsibility & ability to multi-task.
