Vacancy for the position of Associate Legal Counsel having 1-2 years of experience working in reputable law firms or independent power producers.
Brief of role:
•Assisting in drafting of various agreements like service agreements, supply agreements, EPC agreements etc.
•Drafting/ reviewing/negotiating term sheets, engagement letters, MOUs etc.
•Assisting in M&A activities
•Advising internal team and liaise with external stakeholders etc.
Qualification: LLB
