We are looking to hire Legal Associates for General Corporate (across levels) in Mumbai & Delhi. The role involves strong experience in General Corporate, VC/PE, M&A and/or Banking & Finance.
- Associate/ Associate Manager (2-4 Years PQE): End-to-end transaction support, drafting & documentation, legal research, due diligence and growing client exposure.
- Senior Associate Manager (5 Years PQE): Leading complex transactions, client handling, drafting & negotiations and mentoring junior team members.
