Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated professional with 2-3 years post-qualification experience to join our team.
The role will report to: Head of Department and will be key in driving the Secretarial function.

Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day compliances applicable to the Listed entity activities for the company and Ensure adherence to Companies Act, SEBI LODR, and other applicable regulations for a listed entity.
