We’re Hiring | Assistant Legal Manager
Company: Vastu Finserv India Pvt. Ltd.We are looking to onboard Assistant Legal Managers to strengthen our legal function across key locations. If you have relevant experience in financial services and a solid grasp of litigation and compliance, this could be a good fit.📍 Locations: Nagpur, Pune, Ratlam (MP)Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in legal functions.
Preferably from the Financial Services sector.
Strong understanding of:
Section 138 – NI Act.
Arbitration Act.
BNS & BNSS.SARFAESI Act.
Good knowledge of compliance and regulatory frame
works.
Ability to manage legal documentation and case handling effectively.
Role Overview:
Oversee legal matters across assigned locations.
Handle litigation and legal recoveries.
Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory standards.
