⚖️ VACANCY FOR JUNIOR ADVOCATE

Ashif Husain Group of Lawyers, Mumbai, is looking for a Junior Advocate who is genuinely interested in litigation and wants practical exposure to drafting, legal research, client conferences and Court work.

The selected Advocate will get an opportunity to assist in civil as well as criminal matters and proceedings before various Courts, Tribunals and other authorities. Depending upon ability, performance and progress, Court appearances and independent responsibilities will also be entrusted under proper guidance.

We are looking for an Advocate who:

• Has completed LL.B.
• Has 0 to 2 years of experience. Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Has a good command over Marathi and English, particularly reading, drafting and communication.
• Is sincere, punctual, responsible and genuinely willing to learn litigation practice.
• Is comfortable working until approximately 8:30 p.m.
• Preferably resides in or around Kurla, or at a location from where commuting to Kurla on a daily basis is convenient.

Preference will be given to candidates residing near Kurla and female candidates.

🏢 OFFICE & WORKING HOURS

The main office for drafting, conferences, dealing with clients and day to day legal work will be our Kurla Office.

Working hours will ordinarily be from 11:00 a.m. onwards. Court related work and work at the Fort Office will generally be undertaken during the first half of the day, wherever required, followed by work at the Kurla Office. The working day will ordinarily continue until approximately 8:30 p.m.

Candidates should apply only if they are comfortable with these timings and regular travel to the Kurla Office.

💼 REMUNERATION

Salary/remuneration will be discussed during the interview. The remuneration and subsequent growth will be performance based and will depend upon the candidate’s drafting ability, legal research, responsibility, punctuality, Court work, learning progress and overall contribution to the office.
