The firm consists of a team of committed professionals having in depth knowledge and experience in the field of company law, legal, employment laws and accountancy to cater to the needs of the corporate clients under one roof. We provide services in respect of audit & compliances under Companies Act, SEBI, drafting various contracts, amalgamation, mergers, takeovers, buyback, insolvency & bankruptcy, Adjudication and Compounding, Labour Laws & Other allied laws ,intellectual property, due diligence audit, POSH Compliance, Company formation, LLP formation, foreign investments etc. The firm is looking for 2 CS Trainees for pursuing Management Training of 21 months.
